Estos son algunos bocetos de mi mas reciente trabajo, es algo personal enfocado a un album de tipo comic cuya historia tiene que ver con la revolución que luchó y encabezó Emiliano Zapata en el sur de mexico. Eh estado diseñando el look de los personajes principales. Saludos!

Proyecto Carabela!

A sample of the project "Carabela", the final result in vectors. It was a pleasure to work this comissioned art and to give life to "Shrimp Patrol"; and " Killer" potato; as well as the caravel design. and the rest of the scene. Good luck to my teachers and colleagues in the comic hall!

Una muestra del proyecto "Carabela", el resultado final en vectores. Fué un placer trabajar esta asignación y darle vida a "Camarón Patrulla" y "Patata Killer". asi como la carabela. y el resto del escenario. Muchos saludos, les deseo mucha suerte al maestro Gallardo con su nuevo libro e igualmente a Raule & Roger con Jazz Maynard que por cierto esta de lujo!, muy fino e impresionante trabajo. A mis colegas en el salon del comic a ver si me toca verlos por ahi, un honor haberlos acompañado en la comidilla friki!

BODONIS BURGERS! (estreno en blog widescreen)

The story of three rapers hamburgers from the Bronx, in the early Eighties. The design of these characters is based in the rapers Run DMC, and other positions of observations of old visual material of breakdancers of that time. It was very fun process; from the development of the concept in specific, finding the right images for the look that i wanted to give them, the sketch and design in pencil, and to arrive at digital the final image in vectors.

La Historia de unas hamburguesas raperas del Bronx, de los años ochentas. Para hacer el diseño de estos personajes retome el modelo de los raperos Run DMC, y otras posturas de observaciones de material visual de los viejos breakdancers de esa època. Fue muy divertido el proceso desde el desarrollo de el concepto en especifico, nutrirme con imagenes del entorno que le queria dar, el bocetaje y diseño a làpiz y llegar a la imagen final en vectores digital.

Banana Joe!

This is the first of 3 paintings in acrylic, the series is called "Scooter Squad"; its one of the most recent things i been doing, and they are 3 exotic animal characters with its motorcycles, the concept part from the fever by this means of transport here in Barcelona. Soon i will post the other two paintings. For this case i wanted to do something very colorful, cheerful and a little child style also and then also to move away from the human figure again, and to work the animal, their shapes are maginific to work.

Esta es la primera de 3 pinturas en acrilico, la serie se llama "Escuadrón Vespa" que es de lo mas reciente que eh estado haciendo, y son 3 personajes animales exóticos con sus motocicletas, parte de la fiebre por este medio de transporte que hay aqui en Barcelona. Mas adelante les compartire las otras dos. Para este caso quice hacer algo muy colorido, alegre y un poco infantil tambien y pues tambien alejarme un poco de la figura humana nuevamente, y trabajar los animales, son maginificos.
