MAQUINARIA TRIPEADA

Saludos!

Daniel.

Here are some samples of illustrations that I recently worked for the magazine QUO México in section: "Sapiens", February issue. I also did other illustrations in this edition, you can see the images two posts down, they have two very different styles. In particular for this case Sapiens this time I tried to develop a colorful and "angular" style  strokes with different widths and predominantly straight lines, shapes and proportions slightly distorted, somewhat stylized without falling into the caricature and so that anyone could understand and distinguish each element ... well you know. Curious information: the Pentel brush there in inking photo is a gift from almost ten years ago ago that my good and dear friend Yui Sakamoto (http://yui-sakamoto.blogspot.mx/) is a great artist with interesting works. I love using this brush, feel the flow of ink on paper is like doing tai-chi in tiny, over the paper ... well, always brings back good memories of my early illustrator years since I use it a lot in those days, and the best of all is that it's still working fine! :).
